Ochoa Wedding at Wonder Valley Ranch

Ok, so I am once again behind in my blogging. Time to catch up. Here are a few of my favorite images from a wedding in May at Wonder Valley Ranch. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding.

Happy 4th of July. Thanks to those that have made it possible!

What a way to start the 4th of July weekend. I had the privilege of photographing some of our Nation’s finest come home after spending months deployed protecting our freedom.

There’s nothing like being there for moments like this……

One of three squadrons that came home yesterday. They all fly over the hanger in formation and then come in to land.

The three squadrons each had their own welcome home table with gifts for the soldiers.

Other families had PAID photographers to come out and photograph the homecoming. I was there because of my involvement with Operation Love ReUnited. There’s no charge to the families for me to come out and photograph their homecomings.

The families had their share of cameras as well………

Lots of flags, signs, and anxious children waiting for daddy to come home.

Or waiting for their husbands, uncles, brothers, and sons……….

Just because I liked this shot…..

The third squadron of jets to come in were the Blue Diamonds. I stayed for their arrival after finishing with the family that had requested my services. I was introduced to a wife of one of the pilots coming in with the Blue Diamonds. They have four children, all who were there waiting for dad. The family camera had gotten left at home. I stayed to capture some memories for them as well.

This was taken just as the families start to run out to meet their loved ones.

The family I was photographing on their way to meet their soldier.

There were lots of little ones reunited with their dads yesterday. I can’t imagine being apart from my children for that long. Once again, to these men and women that serve away from home and family……..THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

Remember as you celebrate this weekend, that there are many families that have given ALL for you to be able to celebrate your freedom. Remember to thank a veteran, a family member of a military member, or a military member currently serving for all they’ve done.
